Description: An annual flowering plant that grows to around 80cm. Mainly found in the Mediterranean regions, but introduced as a herb elsewhere.

Healing Properties: Can help with depression and nervous heart weakness. Reduces fever and helps dry cough. Good for menstrual problems, irritable bowel syndrome, eczema, arthritis and to ease a hangover.
