Description: Rosehips are the fruit of the dog rose, which is a variable woody perennial with thorny twigs. Found in hedgerows, wood margins and rocky slopes. Commonly found in Europe, North Africa and Asia. Rosehip is rich in vitamin C, tannins, rutin and carotenoids. The plant is widely used in Asia.

Healing Properties: Diuretic, used to treat kidney and bladder stones. Helps to heal damaged and distressed skin. Good anti-aging properties (due to high vitamin C), essential for synthesis of collagen.
